This pack supplies two thermometers, each with its own dial, long stem and rim clip. Choose the clip-on arrangement if you want to position a sensor in a kettle without installing a wall port. The two instruments can serve separate vessels or positions; they are not two probes connected to one display.
The selected stem length is 12 in and the face is specified as 2 in. Check the actual kettle rim and liquid depth before relying on the clip position. The illustration places the probe in the liquid; it does not establish a minimum 30 cm immersion depth or permission to submerge the dial.
The Fahrenheit scale is specified and pictured as 0–220°F. A Celsius scale is also printed, but its endpoints differ between the written description and the dial close-up. Confirm the actual metric markings before choosing this reference for a Celsius-based process; no 120°C rating is established.
