This is the 20 US gal MegaPot offered with a ball valve and thermometer, rather than the bare-kettle version. Choose it when a large nominal vessel and those two fittings match the equipment you need. The pictured vessel carries MegaPot 1.2 branding; features of a newer generation should not be assumed to come with this offer.
The selected specification gives 80 US qt /20 US gal and inside volume markings. Plan the working recipe and boil headroom separately from that maximum nominal vessel size. The valve gives a way to drain through an outlet instead of tipping the full kettle, without supplying a pump or automatic flow control.
