How this item fits your brewing setup
This is the larger-bore standalone hose option in the transfer selection. Its 1/2 in internal bore describes the flow passage; the 3/4 in outside diameter describes the surface around which a clamp must fit. Keep both figures when matching the hose to a fitting and selecting an external control.
The package contains one 10 ft length of silicone hose and two stainless worm-drive clamps. The nominal wall thickness is 1/8 in. The supplied clamps are fastening hardware, not a bottle-filling valve or a vessel-support clip. No separate adjustment range or torque specification for those clamps is established.
The supplier declares a hose temperature range of -20°C to 200°C. That statement describes the offered tubing and is not a pressure rating or permission to use every connected tap, pump or fitting at those temperatures. Match the actual components to the process you intend to run rather than generalizing from the silicone material alone.
Wash before first use as the selected supplier directs. If you are replacing tubing on a Regular Auto-Siphon, check its separate 5/16 in-bore instruction: this larger hose is not presented as an automatic substitute. Likewise, the small JSP pinch clamp is specified by a smaller outside-diameter range, so it is a different fit from this hose.

Advice for this reference
Before you choose
Match the internal bore to the actual fitting and the outside diameter to any external clamp; they are different measurements.
Also check
Compare the existing equipment’s required hose size before replacing a smaller siphon line with this larger-bore tube.
Documented use & care
Wash the hose before first use, as the selected supplier directs. No cleaning chemical or dishwasher cycle is invented.
Connections & scope
Fit and useful limits
- The temperature statement is supplier-declared for the offered hose, not a verified whole-assembly or pressure rating.
- The 13 mm×19 mm wording describes hose sizing; it is not an established clamp-adjustment range.
- No universal fit to Auto-Siphons, every barbed fitting or the smaller JSP pinch clamp is claimed.
Questions about this product
What else should you know?
Will the small JSP pinch clamp work because this has a half-inch bore?
The relevant measurement for that clamp is outside diameter. This hose is 3/4 in outside, beyond its stated below 1/2 in range.
Can it directly replace the Regular kit’s hose?
The Regular instructions specify 5/16 in bore. This 1/2 in-bore hose is a different size; confirm the actual connection rather than assuming all brewing hose is interchangeable.
Do the two supplied clamps control filling at the bottle?
They fasten hose connections. Choose an appropriate filler or flow-control component if you need to start, pause or stop liquid at the bottle.
