A standalone nylon-bristle brush intended for beer-bottle interiors.
Price & purchase ↓
The equipment in use
The model 10558 brush is a standalone tool for scrubbing inside beer bottles. The supplier names 12 oz and taller 22 oz bottles as intended uses. Choose it when bottle interiors are the task, rather than the broad shoulder of a carboy or the small passages inside an airlock.
Nylon bristles surround the working end, with a fuller tuft at the tip for the bottom of the bottle. Check that the head passes through the actual opening and reaches the surfaces you need. Bottle capacity alone does not establish neck shape or the exact brush fit.
The overall-length claims are inconsistent: a bullet gives 18 in, while the body and dimension field give 15 in. Confirm the supplied measurement if you need a particular reach. The wire loop at the handle end is visible, but no special powered attachment or drill-cleaning function is supplied.
Choose the Home Brew Ohio three-brush bundle when you also need carboy and airlock shapes. Choose the FryOilSaver B217c for a long pad-ended carboy tool. Buying a standalone brush avoids duplicating a full set, provided its actual head and reach suit your bottles.
